Had a very good stay for a business trip. Found the place fairly clean with updated rooms. Extremely friendly and excellent staff. Nice building with rooms featuring a jacuzzi tub. They offer a huge variety of breakfast goodies. Convenient location close to the Suburbs and restaurants.

Our room was clean and well-maintained, with a handy microwave and fridge, among other amenities. The location in the suburb was great and cozy, just a mile away from Culver's, where you can grab some fast food 🍔.

The people that was across from us was very loud in the room and out in the halls running up and down the halls banging on the doors and most of all the smell of marajuana in the hallway all our room but I complain and the staff was on top of it

Was nice to get a " is everything OK" in your room call , but I didn't even get my bags down and they were calling..

Dirty washcloth hanging over shower rod, Breakfast needs some major upgrading, gallon of milk sitting on counter, no ice under it, danish/sweetrolls freezer to display case ? I think this place would be in trouble if the health dept showed up, credit card was charged twice- frontline told me manager would reach back out to me, no one did, I had to inquire several times before resolved, I would NOT stay here again, plenty of other choices in the area

Got a nice, updated room with a jacuzzi tub 🛁. the breakfast had plenty of delicious options to munch on.

We appreciated our stay at this wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. The superior king room had climate control, television, and a microwave, which were all great amenities. Having a tub in the bathroom was a nice addition. The location was fantastic, being close to Chicago and the suburbs, in a quiet area near stores.

Great size room, spa bath was awesome, comfortable bed with enough sheets, covers, and definitely pillows. Quiet and clean.

Everything was great except for a few things. Hole in the wall where they moved a sprinkler. You could tell there was patch work in bathroom as well as paint damage door. Stainless in sheet on our bed. Over all things were great.

Had a fitness center. When I reported a problem with my room, the front desk clerk provided prompt assistance.

The hotel is advertised 100% smoke free. I requested a smoke free room. The room I was given was nice looking but it stunk of cigarette smoke. It gave me an immediate headache. I'm surprised that housekeepers could not notice that and report it. The desk clerk gave me an alternate room. It was smaller, not as attractive and still smelled of smoke, but was an odor improvement over the first room. I kept a window open. Smoke free is a nice rule, but doesn't seem to be enforced.

Very rude staff. The guy was asleep in the back room when we got there to check in late Friday night. He acted like I was inconveniencing him when I asked for a crib to be brought in my room. The bathtub was filthy and rusted. Overall the worse stay I've ever had at a hotel.
